Hiking skirts are the best!

by Diane
(Maine)

I started wearing hiking skirts a couple of years ago as an alternative to shorts. I liked the idea of something a little more feminine but at the same time suiting my active lifestyle.
The first ones I bought, and they are still my favorite, are the EMS Compass Skort. They dry super fast and I could easily climb in and out of canoes, go for a run, or train and trial my dog in agility.
Then last summer, my husband and I went on a hiking vacation along the Cabot Trail in Nova Scotia, Canada. It was hot and so I wore my skort. Super comfortable! No chafe as I might have had with shorts, very cool, lots of stretch, breathable, and very cute!
The best part is that I can dress in the morning for whatever adventure may come along and always be dressed appropriately!
